Her practice focuses on the protection, defense, and strategic management of trademarks, trade names, copyrights, designs, utility models, patents, and other intellectual property rights, both in El Salvador and internationally.

Coordinates intellectual property matters for high-profile domestic and international corporate clients, including the strategic management of trademark portfolios, registration and post-registration processes, oppositions, defenses, renewals, transfers, and maintenance of rights in multiple jurisdictions. Her experience includes regional coordination with foreign correspondents in Central America, the Caribbean, and Latin America, as well as defining strategies for the protection, defense, exploitation, and valuation of intangible assets.

Also provides advice on contractual, corporate, and regulatory matters for companies in consumer goods, food and beverages, technology, fashion, entertainment, fintech, and services. Her practice includes the review and structuring of commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, collaboration schemes, licenses, administrative authorizations, health registrations, regulatory compliance, and legal due diligence processes related to intellectual property assets, corporate operations, and commercial portfolios.

Has participated in international events specialized in intellectual property, including meetings organized by the International Trademark Association, INTA, which complements her regional and international practice in the protection, management, and strategic development of intangible assets.
