Corporate area paralegal and Bachelor of Legal Sciences student. Her experience focuses on legal assistance to companies, particularly in processes of incorporation, modification, and corporate reorganization, as well as in the preparation of documentation related to their operation.

She also participates in the drafting and review of contracts, minutes, certifications, and other legal and corporate documents. Likewise, she provides support in the translation, certification, and legalization of documents, in addition to managing procedures, diligences, and applications before government entities, public registries, and other competent institutions.
